Dave Werth brings a strong background in marketing, and a true passion for real estate to Versa. After graduating with a BA in Mass Media Communications from California State University San Marcos, Dave immediately embraced his entrepreneurial spirit, and started a company straight out of college. Investing in real estate on a personal level, Dave realized the opportunity to merge his marketing experience, and passion for real estate in late 2008. Since that time he has been helping homeowners maximize their home marketing budgets, and exposure online. Dave resides in Scripps Ranch with his wife and two children.
